How to Start Therapy with Cheyenne Mountain Therapy

  1. Amber and Nick can be contacted at the numbers listed at the top of the page. In general, a text message gets a faster response. You may leave a voicemail as well. Phone calls are returned at least once a week.

  2. If you would like to use insurance for your therapy services, we will need to submit an insurance verification before your first session. This generally takes 2-5 business days. Please be aware that we will likely ask for your insurance information at the time of scheduling the first appointment.

  3. Before your first session, we will send you the paperwork that needs to be filled out. You can fill it out and send it back digitally or print it and bring it to your first session.
